(To inspire you even when you are too sick to workout)
What do you do if you wake up and you are terribly ill?
Do you miss your workout? Do you lay in bed and succumb to the mind numbing illness that has taken over your body like the exorcist. Do you give up and throw in the towel?
NO! Being sick sucks.
But being in bed, sick and missing your workout sucks even more. I am not saying that you have to go rock climbing. I am saying that you should do something even if its for 30 minutes. I think the best thing for curing those ailments is a little yoga. It centers the body and helps you stretch and lengthen yourself. It is super important especially when you are sick.
So, while I write this and I am trying not to succumb to the flu-like symptoms that are taking my body over.
I think I will go grab a cup of tea. Pull out my yoga mat and get my 30 minute yoga session in…even if it is right from the comfort of my own room.
Today on day 8 I learned that in order to persevere you must keep pushing forward.
Even when you are sick. Don’t over exert yourself but learn to push just a little to see the best results.
